How do I book a class?

Step 1 - Pick your membership or a casual class pass. Step 2 - Pick the class you would like to attend by selecting it from the booking calendar. Step 3 - Under payment options, select the payment option you purchased in Step 1 then select 'Add to cart' if booking multiple classes, or 'Book Now' if booking a single class. At checkout your payment details will be used but this will not charge you if you have selected the payment option from Step 1. Step 4 - Select 'Place Order' - you should receive a booking confirmation email for your class - if you don't, please contact pr.urban.dance@outlook.com.

Do you offer competitions or exams?

No. PR Urban Dance is not a competition studio. Our focus is confidence, movement quality, musicality, and enjoying dance in a supportive, adult-friendly environment.

Do you offer performance opportunities?

Yes — but they're optional. We offer Showcase opportunities and Perform-for-Camera courses during selected blocks. These are designed for dancers who want to perform, not those who feel pressured to.

Yes, absolutely. Every style has clearly defined levels and the 4-Week Dance Comeback is built specifically for women who are new or returning after a long break. No pressure. No judgement. Just progress.

How do I pay for in-studio classes?

All in-studio classes are booked and paid for online before attending. This keeps things simple, fair, and stress-free for everyone.

Do you offer free trial classes?

Not exactly — but we offer something better. The 4-Week Dance Comeback is a structured 4-week intro program designed specifically for new students. Two classes per week across Urban, Heels, and Commercial Jazz, with weekly personal check-ins and a personalised level recommendation before your first class. $189 for new students only.

What styles do you teach?

In-studio we offer Urban and Hip Hop, Heels, Commercial Jazz, and Dance Fitness. Each style has multiple levels from foundations through to advanced so there's always somewhere to grow.

Can I book private lessons?

Yes. Private sessions are available by request. Just fill out the Contact Form, and we'll organise a time that suits your goals and schedule.

How do memberships work?

All memberships are recurring and include a set number of class credits per billing cycle. Credits refresh at the start of each new billing cycle and do not roll over — any unused credits are forfeited at the end of the period. You choose how often you want to be billed: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

Which membership is right for me?

What is the difference between weekly, fortnightly, and monthly billing?

The price per class is the same across all three — the difference is how long your credits last. Weekly credits refresh every 7 days. Fortnightly credits refresh every 14 days. Monthly credits refresh once a month.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes — for injury or holidays only, for either 4 or 6 weeks. No other pause durations or reasons are accepted. During a pause billing is suspended and credits are not available. To request a pause email pr.urban.dance@outlook.com.

How do I cancel my membership?

All memberships require 4 weeks written notice to cancel via email to pr.urban.dance@outlook.com. Billing continues during the notice period and your credits remain available to use. Minimum terms apply depending on your plan.
