INTRO TO URBAN
BLOCK 1 STARTS 9TH FEB
MONDAYS AT 5.45PM
Step into the world of Urban dance - a feel-good mix of groove, flow, and commercial hip hop foundations. Over 6 weeks, you’ll build confidence, musicality, and personal style in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Each class gently builds toward a routine, with the final session offering an optional on-camera moment to celebrate how far you’ve come.
INTRO TO COMMERCIAL JAZZ
BLOCK 1 STARTS 11TH FEB
WEDNESDAYS AT 5.30PM
Classic jazz foundations meet the sass and style of music video performance. Over 6 weeks, you’ll develop clean lines, strong posture, and confident performance quality while learning a routine step by step. Week 6 is your spotlight moment - filmed in-studio to capture both technique and star quality on camera.
INTRO TO HEELS
BLOCK 1 STARTS 10TH FEB
TUESDAYS AT 6.15PM
Build strength, confidence, and presence as you step into Heels Dance. Across 6 weeks, you’ll develop balance, posture, and unapologetic confidence while learning a routine in a supportive, empowering space. The final class is your optional studio shoot in full glam - a chance to own the confidence you’ve built.

Urban, Commercial Jazz, Heels
You’ll warm up, learn the choreography step-by-step, dance the combo full-out, and finish with a stretch + cool down. We film the final run each week for anyone who wants to jump in - no select groups, no pressure, and plenty of space to stay off-camera.
Dance Fitness
It’s one full hour of hype, music-video-style cardio. Each track starts with a quick walkthrough so you know what’s coming and have a moment to breathe between songs. Modifications are offered constantly, so you can take it up or dial it back.
