By accessing this website, purchasing a class, course, membership, or attending any PR Urban Dance activity (online or in-studio), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. General

PR Urban Dance provides dance classes, courses, workshops, and online content for recreational and educational purposes. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

PR Urban Dance classes and online content are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise specified.

By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD.
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or subscription.
Memberships are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or three-monthly).
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Memberships & Online Hub Access

Online Hub access is provided on a subscription basis.
Memberships grant access to currently available content during the active subscription period.
Content availability may change over time.
Access is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Subscriptions do not guarantee a specific number of new uploads within a set timeframe.

5. Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds

Online Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

In-Studio Classes & Courses

Casual classes are non-refundable.
Courses are non-refundable once commenced.
Transfers or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of PR Urban Dance.

6. Attendance & Behaviour

PR Urban Dance is a respectful, inclusive space.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour is:
- Disruptive
- Unsafe
- Disrespectful to staff or participants
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

By participating, you acknowledge that:

Dance involves physical activity and inherent risk
You are responsible for assessing your own physical ability
You participate at your own risk

PR Urban Dance is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Please consult a medical professional before participating if you have any health concerns.

8. Content, Media & Intellectual Property

All choreography, video content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of PR Urban Dance unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Reproduce
Record
Distribute
Share
Resell

Any content without written permission.

9. Photography & Videography

Classes and events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify PR Urban Dance in writing prior to participation.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any activity that may disrupt its operation or compromise security.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

11. Third-Party Platforms

PR Urban Dance may use third-party platforms (e.g. video hosting, payment providers). We are not responsible for outages or issues beyond our control.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law
