1. Digital products & memberships
All PR Urban Dance memberships, subscriptions, and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This includes (but is not limited to):

All Access Hub memberships

Style-specific hubs (Urban, Heels, Commercial Jazz)

Monthly and 3-month subscription plans

Online classes, courses, or video content
Once you purchase and gain access to digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for change of mind.
2. Subscription renewals
All memberships automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account

Cancellation will stop future billing

Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

No partial refunds are issued for unused time
3. Failed expectations or personal circumstances
