Do you offer competitions or exams?
No. PR Urban Dance is not a competition studio.
Our focus is confidence, movement quality, musicality, and enjoying dance in a supportive, adult-friendly environment.
Do you offer performance opportunities?
Yes — but they’re optional.
We offer Showcase opportunities and Perform-for-Camera courses during selected blocks. These are designed for dancers who want to perform, not those who feel pressured to.
Can I book private lessons?
Yes.
Private sessions are available by request. Just fill out the Contact Form, and we’ll organise a time that suits your goals and schedule.
How do I pay for in-studio classes?
All in-studio classes are booked and paid for online before attending.
This keeps things simple, fair, and stress-free for everyone.
Do you offer free trial classes?
Not currently.
If you’re new to dance, we recommend starting with our Intro-level classes or courses, which are designed specifically for beginners and first-timers.
Are your in-studio classes beginner-friendly?
Yes — absolutely.
We offer clearly defined levels, and our Intro level is built for people who haven’t danced before (or are returning after a long break). No pressure. No judgement. Just progress.

ONLINE CLASSES
Are online classes beginner-friendly?
Yes.
Our online classes and courses are designed so you can learn at your own pace — replay, pause, and revisit lessons as often as you like, from the comfort of home.
How do I pay for online classes?
Online classes are accessed via a subscription through the Online Hub, giving you unlimited access to available content while you’re a member.
What devices can I use to access online classes?
You can access the Online Hub on mobile phones,laptops, and desktops. We are currently working on optimizing for iPads & tablets.
All content is mobile-friendly and easy to use.
What’s the difference between in-studio and online classes?
In-studio classes offer live energy, community, and real-time feedback.
Online classes give you flexibility, privacy, and the ability to learn anytime, anywhere.
Many dancers choose to combine both.
GENERAL INFO & POLICIES
How do I know which class is right for me?
If you’re unsure, start with Intro level.
Once you feel comfortable, you can move into Beginner or higher levels at your own pace. If you need help choosing, just reach out — we’re happy to guide you.
Are your classes gender-inclusive?
Yes.
All genders and identities are welcome in every class, both in-studio and online.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or credits unless PR Urban Dance cancels the class or service.
Do you offer gift vouchers or giftable classes?
Not at the moment — but this is something we plan to introduce in the future.
What age group are your classes for?
Our classes are designed for ages 18+, unless stated otherwise.
